What a great morning at Symbion yesterday! Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Symbion Community for our seminar on Biotest Facility's Translational Pharmacology and Olink's Next Generation Proteomics @Olink, Part of Thermo Fisher Scientific. It was a pleasure hearing a buzzing discussion in between presentations that showcased the possibilities of solid translational biomarkers in clinical research and drug development. Sidsel Christy Lindgaard from Herlev og Gentofte Hospital shared her case study on proteomic biomarkers for pancreatic cancer and their potential to improve early diagnosis and prognosis. Kristoffer Ladefoged and Carsten Nielsen from Olink presented the opportunities within next-generation proteomics and the resources publicly available to support translational researches before, during and after biomarker exploration. Michael Solgaard from Biotest Facility team presented how flexible study designs and integrated molecular analyses can help researchers gain momentum throughout the drug development process and clinical research. Thank you all!
