A broader XNA chemistry toolbox for next-generation oligonucleotides.    BioSpring and Luxna Biotech Co., Ltd. are extending their existing XNA collaboration to include GuNA™ amidites in BioSpring’s oligonucleotide manufacturing services.    BioSpring can now manufacture custom oligonucleotides incorporating Luxna’s GuNA™ amidites, in addition to AmNA™, scpBNA™, and 5′-CP™ amidites already covered by the collaboration.    GuNA™-modified oligonucleotides can support enhanced nuclease resistance, improved target binding, and reduced immunotoxicity and neurotoxicity.
