As part of this multi-year strategic partnership, we have already established an mRNA Innovation Center in Melbourne to contribute our scientific expertise.ย  In parallel, we are developing and commissioning a stateโ€‘ofโ€‘theโ€‘art mRNA manufacturing facility on La Trobe Universityโ€™s Bundoora campus. The site is designed to support the research and development as well as the clinical manufacturing of investigational mRNA-based medicines from Victoriaโ€™s growing ecosystem and from other thirdโ€‘party innovators globally.ย  Last week, we celebrated two BioNTainer units having been successfully installed as part of this pioneering publicโ€‘private partnership with the State of Victoria. David Sparling, our Site Head in Australia, said: โ€œWe are grateful to be able to contribute to a growing community that is jointly building a multiโ€‘partner mRNA ecosystem. With its strategic investments and partnerships, the Victorian Government is actively shaping the local industry and a network of universities, research institutes and corporates with the aim of accelerating innovation in medicine.โ€ ๐Ÿ‘‰ More information on our work in Australia: https://lnkd.in/e3R6mbaw
