🧑‍🔬 𝗢𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 At #ASCO26, we presented interim Phase 2 data from the global Phase 2/3 ROSETTA Lung-02 clinical trial evaluating an investigational PD-L1 x VEGF-A bispecific immunomodulator in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The presentation highlights our ongoing efforts in developing innovative treatment approaches across lung cancer subtypes and PD-L1 expression levels. 🫁 𝗨𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗧 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗 NSCLC is an aggressive disease and one of the most challenging cancers to treat. Despite scientific advances which have transformed the treatment of NSCLC, improving outcomes for many patients, the 5-year survival rate is only 18% to 22% in advanced stages. There is a significant unmet need for new treatment options that provide durable responses benefiting a broad range of patients. That is why we at #BioNTech remain committed to advancing the science of lung cancer with the goal of reaching a broader range of patients, including those who may not benefit from current treatment options.
