This study shows that 3D bioreactor cultivation of canine adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells under hypoxic conditions with platelet lysate supplementation generates a biologically active secretome with enhanced secretion of MCP-1 and VEGF. Compared to 2D cultures, 3D-derived secretomes demonstrated superior anti-inflammatory, pro-migratory, and antifibrotic effects in vitro, with consistent and reproducible biological activity, providing a promising basis for cell-free therapeutic applications in veterinary regenerative medicine.
