Using an integrated pipeline combining UHPLC-MS/MS metabolomics, network pharmacology, molecular docking, and 100 ns molecular dynamics simulations, this study identified 21 compounds in T. flammea, including flavonoids, phenylpropanoids, and pyrrolizidine alkaloids, linked to 226 skin aging-related targets primarily involving inflammation via AKT1 and RELA, and matrix degradation via MAPK3. In vitro validation confirmed significant antioxidant activity and suppression of IL-6, TNF-α, COX-2, and MMP-1 in UVB-exposed fibroblasts without significant cytotoxicity.
