We were proud to collaborate with the Center of Excellence in Medical Mycology Diagnostic, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Chulalongkorn University, and Fujifilm Thailand to bring participants to the 2026 Medical Mycology Workshop. It was inspiring to see so many passionate participants come together for meaningful conversations about the future of medical mycology in Thailand. A special thank you to Assoc. Prof. Nitipong Permparlung, who joined us from Johns Hopkins, and Assistant Professor Navaporn Worasilchai for sharing their expertise. Their insights on beta-D-glucan from FUJIFILM Healthcare Asia Pacific, Cryptococcus antigen from Dynamiker Biotechnology (Tianjin) Ltd., galactomannan, and mannan testing made the session truly eye-opening. Thank you to everyone who spent their Saturday learning, asking questions, and deepening their knowledge of fungal biomarkers. Your curiosity and engagement made the workshop even more meaningful.
