BVD is investigating the potential of ulixertinib, a first-in-class, highly selective ERK 1/2 inhibitor, in adult and pediatric populations, across a range of tumor types, including rare cancers such as low- and high-grade #glioma, #histiocytosis, and #myelofibrosis. We’re exploring the powerful potential of direct ERK inhibition for patients with MAPK pathway-driven cancers, as a monotherapy and in combination with other compensatory pathway inhibitors.
