Just a few months ago, #Tubulis closed a record-breaking €308M Series C—the largest for a European biotech and the biggest globally for a private ADC developer. Now, it’s becoming part of Gilead’s growing oncology powerhouse. At the heart ❤️ of the deal: • TUB-040, a promising ADC in Phase 1b/2 for ovarian and lung #cancer • A next-gen ADC platform designed for more precise #tumor targeting • A pipeline with broad potential across multiple #solidtumors Tubulis will remain an independent research unit, with #Munich set to become a key hub for #ADCinnovation within #Gilead.
