Fragment-based drug discovery (FBDD) offers an efficient route to explore chemical space, but critical bottlenecks remain. Commercial libraries too large to screen routinely, or too small to cover difficult targets. Fragment hits with no clear direction for expansion. A persistent gap between primary screening and a focused lead series, due to the lack of streamlined computational and experimental workflows.
