After some great conversations with engineers and managers at Zoner Oy, I’ve officially joined the team. On my first day, beyond the warm welcome, one feeling stood out: “I’m behind everyone here.” Instead of discouraging me, this has become a powerful motivation to work harder, learn faster, and grow every day alongside these smart people. For the next goal on this path? Yes I think of it as creating more value, bringing dope lines of code and taking responsibility for the solutions we deliver to our customers.
