Role Description for a Hospital building This is a contract remote role for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing intelligent 3D models, developing architectural drawings, producing construction drawings, and overseeing submittals. The candidate will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the project throughout its lifecycle. Qualifications Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and managing intelligent 3D models Experience in Architecture and creating Architectural Drawings Skilled in developing Construction Drawings and managing Submittals Strong communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the construction industry is a plus If you are interest please send your resume to [email protected]
