We are thrilled to have Arav Patel and Riya Jonnala serving this summer as Business Development Interns at Bilotta & Company, CPAs, LLC!   Arav Patel is a senior at Eastside Preparatory School in Bellevue, Washington, where he is actively involved in the school community and demonstrates strong leadership in both academics and extracurriculars. He is the founder of Abadict, a software project that showcases his skills in full-stack front-end development, problem-solving, and building practical tech solutions. Arav has also presented at Ignite Seattle. Arav is passionate about the intersection of business, technology, and entrepreneurship, with experience designing and implementing web applications, user interfaces, and interactive tools. Beyond technology, he is committed to community service and mentorship, combining his technical skills with a desire to make a positive impact.   Riya Jonnala is a senior at Issaquah High School. She enjoys being involved in her school community and serves as her school’s senior class treasurer and NHS president. Through her non-profit, Youth4LOCAL, she provides personalized career development guidance through workshops, internships, etc. for high school students, helping them become better prepared for a future career. She is also passionate about the business world and is the Area 4 DECA president. Outside of school, Riya is exploring the intersection of business and technology through her research on Gen AI’s impact on business efficiency and a financial literacy app she is building. She plans to study this intersection in college as well to better equip her to use her skills to make a difference.   At Bilotta & Company, Arav and Riya will be collaborating on projects that combine technology and business strategy. Their initiatives include developing certain tax data OCR pipelines, integrating Karbon API data into Power BI dashboards, and providing guidance for a website revamp. We are excited to see the impact that Arav and Riya will make together during their internship!
