Hi LinkedIn, I’m Bill Even though I have 8815 followers on here, I just realized I've never properly introduced myself That ends today. 30 years ago I got into recruiting I was starting on my own: No team members No database of candidates I'd built relationships with No real reason anyone should have trusted me yet I was invisible, but I did have one thing Mirror Image, my first corporate contract turned client with a VP of Sales  Jim Vedda gave me the shot I needed. While I was working with him in Boston, he literally flew in a candidate he probably wasn't even going to hire just so I could sit in the room and watch. So I could learn to see the difference between a good player and an A player. That one afternoon changed the trajectory of my career.
