Çok anlamlı bir gelişim yolculuğunun başlangıcını paylaşmak istedim. 🌿 Türk Tuborg’un gıda, ziraat ve kimya alanlarında eğitim gören genç kadın mühendis adaylarını desteklemek amacıyla yürüttüğü KÖK Gelişim Programı’na kabul edildim. Sektörün geleceğine yön veren liderlerle bir araya gelmek; mesleki ve kişisel eğitimlerin yanı sıra kolektif akıl ve sürdürülebilirlik vizyonuyla şekillenen bu uzun soluklu dönüşümün bir parçası olmak benim için çok değerli. Bir kimya mühendisi adayı olarak, üretim süreçlerinin dinamiğini kavrayıp bu iklimde kök salmak ve geleceğe daha güçlü adımlar atmak için çok heyecanlıyım. Kadın mühendislerin iş dünyasındaki varlığını ve gücünü destekleyen bu vizyonun bir parçası olmamı sağlayan tüm Türk Tuborg ekibine ve KÖK Gelişim komitesine içtenlikle teşekkür ederim. ✨ #TürkTuborg #KÖKGelişim #GeleceğeKöklüBirAdım English: I wanted to share the beginning of a very meaningful journey. 🌿 I have been accepted into the KÖK Development Program by Türk Tuborg, an initiative designed to support young female engineering students in the food, agriculture, and chemical fields. As a future chemical engineer, being a part of this long-term transformational journey—shaped by collective intelligence and a vision of sustainability, featuring professional and personal development training—is incredibly valuable to me. I am very excited to understand the dynamics of production processes, take root in this environment, and take stronger steps toward the future. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Türk Tuborg team and the KÖK Development committee for allowing me to be a part of this beautiful community and this vision that supports the power of female engineers in the business world. ✨
