95 colleagues from across Bilfinger successfully completed the Talent Program 2025/26 – our largest cohort to date! 👍🎉 Congratulations to our participants from around the world for mastering all three learning modules – which allowed everyone to deepen their personal skills and build a meaningful network that lasts way beyond the program. 🌐 For the last couple of months, they’ve been working on real business challenges in cross-functional teams.
