Over 50,000 available pick-up points across Europe 🌍 Since November 2025, we’ve been working intensively on optimizing the most crucial part of the customer journey: the last mile. Our goal: maximum convenience and flexibility through a comprehensive Pick-Up-Drop-Off (PUDO) network. BIKE24 is now fully live with PUDO in 8 core European markets, powered by a strict multi-carrier approach. Instead of a one-size-fits-all integration, we partner with the strongest local carriers in every market. The numbers clearly show we are meeting real customer demand. In markets like Finland and Poland, locker delivery is already close to becoming the standard. Why PUDO matters for our customers: ✔ More flexibility – pick up parcels whenever it fits their schedule ✔ More sustainability – fewer failed delivery attempts and reduced CO₂ emissions ✔ More security – reliable delivery to lockers and parcel shops instead of unattended doorsteps From a business perspective, the impact is equally strong: In markets like Finland and Poland, PUDO users show up to 10 percentage points higher new customer share compared to classic home delivery. The technological backbone behind this rapid rollout is the Seven Senders PUDO Locator, enabling dynamic and data-driven integration of multiple logistics networks. For us, this is more than a logistics feature. It’s about removing friction, increasing performance, and delivering on our promise: the best service for cycling enthusiasts across Europe to build their perfect ride.
