On 26 May, we're welcoming Chef Stefano D'Onghia and Botteghe Antiche to Mamma Primi for a four-hands dinner celebrating tradition, transmission, and the authentic flavours of Puglia. On the menu: a chilled beef heart tomato cream, tagliatelle al ragรน with a Parmigiano Reggiano siphon, and a sfoglia e ricotta with griotte cherry coulis. For one evening, Putignano lands in the Batignolles.
