As our co-founder Tigrane puts it: “There was an immediate alignment between the warmth, generosity and community spirit and what Big Mamma stands for.” That’s exactly why we’re here. This first chapter is rooted in two very different, but equally important partnerships. With Ballyhoo Hospitality — our 50/50 operational partner for Juno Beach, bringing deep local expertise and a shared belief that hospitality should always feel like it belongs to its community. And with Carmine's — whose iconic institution first brought us to Palm Beach County, and whose decades-long relationships with the finest Italian and local producers will be at the heart of our sourcing.
