Bıçaksan'da gürültü hiç bitmez… Kesim sesleri, makine sesleri, yüze yakın taşlama tezgahı derken sürekli bir hareket ve gürültü olur. Ancak aramızda biri var ki, hiçbirini umursamıyor 🙂 9 yıllık 😺 mesai arkadaşımız Şakir Bey, her zamanki gibi günün ortasında yan gelip yatıyor. Ne ses varmış gibi davranıyor ne de koşuşturma… İzlerken şunu düşündüm; Biz bazen en küçük şeyde bile dikkatimizi kaybederken "O" ise en gürültülü ortamda bile gayet rahat. Belki de mesele ortam değil, insanın kendini ne kadar kontrol edebildiği ile alakalıdır. Bugün atölyede bize bunu bir kedi hatırlattı 🐾 🐈 Teşekkürler Şakir Bey 😊 The noise in Bıçaksan never really stops… Between cutting sounds, machines running, and nearly a hundred grinding stations, there’s constant movement and noise. Yet there’s someone among us who doesn’t seem to care at all 🙂 Our 9 years old 😺 colleague, Mr. Şakir, is doing what he always does—lying down right in the middle of the day. As if there’s no noise, no rush, nothing going on around him… Watching him, i thought: While we sometimes lose focus over the smallest things, he stays completely at ease-even in the noisiest environment. Maybe it’s not about the environment, but about how well we can control ourselves.
