18 years ago, I joined Messe München India as a project manager, new to the industry, learning as I went, and just hoping to find my footing. Since then, it’s been a journey from project manager to Deputy CEO, then CEO, and today, President – IMEA. There were tough phases, steep learning curves, and days when doubts felt bigger than confidence. But there was also steady growth of meaningful platforms, supportive people, and a sense of purpose that kept growing. Every step forward was made possible by a committed team, generous partners, and colleagues who gave it their all. I am truly grateful to the leadership at Messe München in Germany, to my incredible team, and to each and every person who’s been part of this journey. Thank you for your belief and support. As I look ahead, I do so with humility, heart, and hope. There’s still more to build and we are ready.
