One thing we’ve seen make a major difference during utility go-lives is consistent executive and stakeholder engagement throughout the project.    On one recent CIS implementation, there were monthly steering committee sessions where our team technically could have joined remotely. The meetings were relatively short and travel was not always easy, especially during winter conditions.    But being onsite changed the conversations completely.    Those meetings created space for honest discussions between project leadership, operational stakeholders, executives, and delivery teams. Concerns surfaced earlier. Decisions moved faster. Teams gained a clearer understanding of where additional support or alignment was needed before issues became larger blockers.    For utilities preparing for go-live, regular face-to-face engagement during critical project phases can significantly improve communication and stakeholder confidence, especially during periods where teams are balancing operational responsibilities alongside a large transformation effort.    Some of the most valuable project conversations never happen on formal status calls.    #Utilities #GoLive #OracleUtilities #CCB #UtilityTechnology #ProjectDelivery #DigitalTransformation #UtilityOperations #Leadership #CIS
