Some goodbyes are less about leaving, and more about acknowledging how much you’ve grown. MathCo will always be where I grew up as a designer. It transformed how I see design, from output to responsibility, from aesthetic to impact and taught me that even a fresher can shape something bigger when trusted. I joined when design was still finding its ground. In the middle of all that ambition and experimentation, I was trusted, trusted to present, to question, to make mistakes, and to figure things out in rooms that initially felt… slightly intimidating (and occasionally like I was nodding while processing at 2x speed). Workplaces give you projects, but MathCo gave me perspective. A huge thank you: - To those who trusted me early and gave me space to grow: Gomathy Viswanathan, Vamsi Kiran Badugu, Anant Chari - To the mentors who pushed me and sharpened my thinking: Amit R Shah, Pavan Kumar - To the teammates who brainstormed, challenged, and made the journey memorable: Pooja Suresh, Swati S., Ramya Nair, Varsha Mathur, Tejaswee P., Mahek Agarwal, Saurabh Shetty, Abhishek Dobriyal, Vishnu S, Sowmiya S, Surabhi Mandhare, Shivanjali Hemant Haris Langoo Grateful for the energy, the ownership, and the belief that even a fresher could contribute meaningfully. Onward, carrying all of it with me 🤍
