Investing in Quality, Capacity and Efficiency 🏭📈⚙️ The future is shaped by foresight and by targeted investments in modern production and processing technologies. Despite challenging market conditions, we continue to invest in the advancement of our manufacturing processes, creating the foundation to meet the highest standards of quality, flexibility and delivery performance in the years ahead. The expansion of the Eintracht Forging Plant in Siegen reflects this commitment. With the addition of a new distribution center and the extension of the existing forging shop, the necessary conditions have been established to further optimize processes and unlock additional efficiencies throughout production. A particular focus has been placed on the areas of finishing, sawing and shipping. The installation of two new large-format gantry band saws has significantly expanded our sawing capacity. Unlike conventional systems, the saw portal moves over a stationary material table integrated into the foundation. This design enables the precise and efficient machining of particularly large and heavy workpieces while extending our capabilities to process complex forgings with diameters of up to 1.5 meters. In addition, new forging furnaces have been commissioned to further strengthen our capabilities in the production of demanding open-die forgings.
