We’re thrilled to welcome Catherine Soper as our new Head of Government Engagement. 🎉 Catherine is expanding our presence in Singapore as a government relations and policy expert. Her work focuses on the interaction between policy and carbon markets, closely considering the voluntary carbon market, compliance mechanisms, and Article 6. She brings extensive experience from both the private and public sectors in New Zealand and Singapore, with a particular focus in telecommunications, aviation and energy. Most recently, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Catherine was responsible for advancing New Zealand's foreign policy goals with Singapore in climate change, technology, and public affairs.
