📢 Speaker Announcement | BEYOND 2026 📢 Yannis Tsakiris is Vice President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), with extensive experience in European finance, public investment, and economic development. From 2019 to 2023, he served as Deputy Minister for Development and Investments in Greece, overseeing the public investment programme, EU funds, and the National Development Bank. In this role, he also acted as Alternate Governor of the EBRD and the World Bank. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at the European Investment Fund, contributing to the development of European venture capital markets and investment initiatives across South-Eastern Europe and EU Neighbouring Countries. He holds degrees from the National Technical University of Athens and an MBA from Imperial College London.
