Investing in leadership development means investing in stronger teams, clearer communication, and better collaboration. Throughout April and May, managers at BEUMER Group Brazil participated in a two-day Effective Communication training programme delivered in partnership with Dale Carnegie Training. Structured around BEUMER Group's Leadership 2.0 principles, the programme was delivered in three groups and provided a practical, people-focused approach to leadership development. Participants explored key communication skills, including delivering clear messages, building stronger relationships, fostering engagement and influence, and developing greater self-awareness in the communication process.
