Corporate Communications 🌏 Content-Manager 🎨🧠 Creative-Mind

You know it’s going to be an interesting day when there’s a Bentley parked in the canteen. Yesterday, the Unmute community met in the beautiful Zollernalb region – at Bentley. And honestly? That one had energy ⚡ What´s Unmute? It’s a fairly new format bringing together communicators from mid-sized companies, hidden champions and global tech leaders in the region. No slide marathons. No corporate blah blah. Just people talking about the challenges and realities they face in internal communication. That alone is refreshing. But yesterday had proper rockstar vibes. 🎸 Bentley InnoMed produces and markets implants and catheters for endovascular treatment of peripheral and aortic vascular diseases. What really stood out wasn’t just the products. It was the mindset. A global player, made in the South of Germany. 🌍 We had an exclusive factory tour. For me, coming from pharma communications, it was such a valuable perspective. And my personal highlight: CEO Sebastian Büchert sharing the company’s story – openly, clearly, without corporate filters. And then staying for all our questions. And that’s where it got interesting. He talked about leadership. About growth. About the evolving role of communication. About how, in complex and highly regulated environments, communication isn’t a “nice to have” – it’s part of the operating system. One thing was very clear: employees come first. Not as a slogan. As a principle. You could feel it. Big kudos 🩷 Anton Tsuji, Juliane Zylka, Nadja A. and Jan-Niklas Weller! That one will stay on my highlight reel for a while. 💫
