𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗬𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿’𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶‑𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗸𝗼𝘀𝗸𝗶. At Betolar, Kari describes his role simply as “a bit of everything”, and that’s actually a very accurate description. Kari’s day-to-day work ranges from lab tasks and metal separation to keeping everyday operations running smoothly at the Kannonkoski site. Beyond technical work, he plays a key role in making sure things work in practice, supporting logistics, hosting visitors, and contributing to safety, well-being and a positive team spirit. Kari has been part of Betolar 2017, right from the very beginning. For him, working at Betolar is more than just a job, it’s a way of life. Outside of work, Kari enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing volleyball, and going fishing. If he could instantly learn any new skill, the answer is easy: English. #MeetTheTeam
