Create and maintain visually appealing product displays in stores to attract customers, adhering to brand guidelines and planograms. 2. Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and coordinate with store managers to ensure adequate product availability. 3. Implement promotional campaigns, set up point-of-sale materials, and execute marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales. 4. Regularly visit retail locations to build relationships with store staff, address concerns, and ensure compliance with merchandising standards. 5. Collect and report data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. 6.  Ensure accurate pricing, labelling, and signage for products, correcting discrepancies to maintain consistency. 7. Stay informed about product features, benefits, and updates to effectively communicate with customers and store staff. 8. Provide regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, and merchandising activities to supervisors or management. 9. Follow and update planograms (visual diagrams of product placement) to optimize shelf space and product presentation. 10. Engage with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and drive sales through direct interaction.
