What does leadership training look like in practice at #BESTSECRET?   We recently kicked off our new training format LABS, short for Leadership at BESTSECRET. As part of the BESTSECRET Academy, LABS is our internal leadership training designed for colleagues in leading roles. The sessions focus on concrete leadership topics such as taking clear responsibility, giving direct and effective feedback, and reflecting on leadership in everyday situations.   What we really enjoy about these training sessions is the mix of people: new and experienced leaders from very different units of BESTSECRET.
