As part of the #apprenticeship at BESTSECRET, our apprentices regularly take part in workshops to develop their skills beyond their day to day work. Recently, they came together for a #workshop to explore what really makes a team work.   The session combined self reflection with hands-on #teamwork, giving the apprentices insights into team dynamics, collaboration and individual strengths. They then put these learnings into practice by designing and building a Formula 1 style race car, organizing themselves into sub teams, taking ownership of key tasks and bringing all the pieces together to create a functional final product.   A great reminder that understanding teamwork is one thing, making it work in practice is where the real learning happens.   #BESTSECRET #BePartofSomethingSpecial #FutureTalent #Learning
