⚙️What does it take to install a new bridge above water? Quite a lot, actually. A major milestone for our team in Halle 🇧🇪: the new steel deck of the Bospoort bridge has been successfully transported by water and carefully placed into position. Built off-site in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, the deck was assembled and then sailed to its final destination. A precise operation that required meticulous planning and flawless execution! This new movable bridge will soon connect both sides of the canal for pedestrians, cyclists and public transport, while also allowing larger vessels to pass.
