We Passed ✅ An important milestone in a current yacht project has been reached: The Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of our door access control system has been successfully completed. During the FAT, the project stakeholders jointly verified that all functions operate as intended, the requirements are met, and the system is intuitive to use. The solution includes fingerprint readers, keypads, and various locking mechanisms. Among the functions tested were access control, user management, alarm and emergency features, as well as the visualization of door statuses. A special feature of this project: For the first time, we integrated security functions into AllViu 4 and combined them with the Alarm & Monitoring System on a single user interface. This provides operators with a centralized overview of both systems, even though they operate independently in the background. The clear visualization and ease of use of the solution received particularly positive feedback. With the successful completion of the FAT, another important step towards commissioning has been achieved.
