Today marks a special moment…… Leaving TD SYNNEX after almost 24 years! With pain in my heart leaving so many wonderful colleagues and friends behind, but also deeply grateful for the opportunities TD SYNNEX has given me to grow, collaborate with very talented and great colleagues to drive transformation and make impact together in the fields of Software, Cloud and Sustainability. My sincere thanks go to inspiring leaders Patrick Zammit, Reza Honarmand, and Stephen Nolan and many others, with whom I had the privilege to work. From my start in 2001 in the Netherlands, through 15 years in Europe, to 4 years in the global organization, I have learned so much and built lasting memories. Looking back, transformation has been the common thread throughout my 24 years. The software and cloud landscape has evolved dramatically: from perpetual licenses to subscription models and renewal services, from annual to monthly cloud billing, and from physical products to digital distribution. I am proud to have contributed to innovative e-commerce platforms such as License Online, Software Store and Activate-Here. Transformation is about creating clarity and a compelling vision—guiding people confidently into new, uncharted territory. It means equipping teams with the right knowledge (e.g. Cloud Bootcamps in Barcelona with Jarco Penning) and tools, and celebrating achievements (Microsoft Indirect Provider of the Year awards) together along the way. That spirit of shared progress and innovation is what truly sets TD SYNNEX apart, and what energized me every day to wake up and make a meaningful impact at scale. A special thank you to Jeroen van Bruggen for our collaboration on e-commerce and software procurement, to the ‘dream team’ (Michael Ward, Sunil Golani, Daan Koppelmans, Reza Honarmand) for driving our global cloud transformation, and to Manuel Aguirre for his coaching during my transition to the global sustainability team. What’s next? Is it possibe to enjoy life outside TD SYNNEX? I look forward to new challenges and opportunities to make an impact with a new group of talented colleagues. I’ll be sure to keep you updated on my next steps. For now, THANK YOU to everyone who made this journey so special!
