. In these modern times we do not use the word “Saved” as often as it was used in the past. However, it is still a true concept that we can grasp onto when we consider our current life and our eternal future with our Saviour, Jesus. Saved, Saved! Composed by Jack P. Scholfield, 1882-1972 1. I’ve found a Friend who is all to me, His love is ever true; I love to tell how He lifted me And what His grace can do for you. Chorus: Saved by His power divine, Saved to new life sublime! Life now is sweet and my joy is complete, For I’m saved, saved, saved! 2. He saves me from every sin and harm, Secures my soul each day; I’m leaning strong on His mighty arm; I know He’ll guide me all the way. 3. When poor and needy and all alone, In love He said to me, “Come unto me and I’ll lead you home To live with Me eternally.” Copyright 1956 by The Rodeheaver Company; “Hymns for Praise and Service” Compiled by Homer Rodeheaver and George W.
