Every November at the School of Management at FACHHOCHSCHULE KÄRNTEN, we take the time to reflect on where we stand with our current strategy and to define our goals for the year ahead. This year, we introduced the SoM SHINE to highlight the moments that make our community shine. Looking back, it becomes wonderfully clear how much light our community creates and how deeply we all care about the work we do. I want to express my sincere gratitude to our leadership team Dean Thomas Fenzl and Vice Deans Hermine Bauer and Swetlana Buko for understanding that a strong team is the foundation of lasting success and for living this belief every single day.
