It’s always great to see our corporate value ‘be #responsible’ come to life: Last week, the Konrad-Adenauer Animal Shelter in Cologne was given a fresh new look. As part of a large-scale Social Day, 18 colleagues rolled up their sleeves to carry out a wide range of maintenance and improvement works. 💪🏻 In addition to their time and energy, we also provided all the necessary materials and tools.   🛠️🧰 There was plenty to do in a day: the team removed old, deteriorated fencing and installed two brand-new fence sections – significantly improving safety and functionality on the premises. In addition, the exterior of a building was refreshed with new paint and damaged wooden beams were replaced. As a result, both the infrastructure and the overall appearance of the animal shelter are noticeably enhanced.   A big thank you to all colleagues who took the time to contribute with such energy and commitment. Once again, the Social Day shows that it doesn’t take much to make a real difference. 👏🏻   #BERNERsocialdays #valuedriven #responsibility #csr
