🎉 We have completed another important milestone in our digital transformation journey: following the rollout of our HCM tool Workday in Poland, Portugal and Spain in 2024, and in Germany and France in 2025, the solution has now been successfully implemented across all remaining BERNER countries. Introduction events and training sessions on the tool’s functionalities are in full swing.   💬 “The go-live is only the beginning. With Workday, we now have a strong foundation to unlock even more capabilities in the future – including #AI-driven features and new functionalities to better support employees and business needs.
