Already a month old but still good news: I am pleased to have advised Gallagher Bassett on the acquisition of the Reck & Co. Group, a provider of global transport and marine claims services with operations in Germany, France, Belgium and Switzerland. The transaction represents an important step in Gallagher Bassett's growth strategy in the marine sector and highlights our long-standing experience in 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠&𝗔 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆.   This matter once again demonstrates how Norton Rose Fulbright combines sector knowledge, legal excellence and a strong global platform to support clients in navigating complex, cross-border strategic projects.
