This month’s Volunteer of the Month is a familiar face to many and here’s what principal Trent Sherman had to say in his honor: 💚 “No stranger to BCS - he worked at Musselman High School for 37 years before we enticed him to join us at Martinsburg High. 🧡 He’s done just about everything for us here - an ISS teacher, our security guard, an assistant principal and he helps out in our hallways. In past years he’s volunteered in our lunchroom to make sure students are going where they need to be going. He pretty much does anything we ask of him. 💯He just enjoys being around our students and our staff and it’s a blessing to me to have someone here in the building who has as many years of experience in administration and education as he does. When I have issues with things I may not have run across, I have that knowledge base to rely on and many times I just bring him into my office and say, ‘Hey, Charlie, what would you do in this situation?’ 🏆 It’s my pleasure to introduce our Volunteer of the Month — Charlie Cline.”
