Together with Norwegian defence supplier Oskar Pedersen AS, we have entered into a framework agreement with FMV for the delivery of backpacks and load-carrying systems to the Swedish Armed Forces and Civil Defence. The agreement has a total value of up to SEK 2 billion over seven years. Bergans and Oskar Pedersen are one of seven Nordic suppliers awarded a place on the framework agreement. This marks an important step in our continued focus on the professional market, building on more than a century of experience developing equipment for operational use. “This is an important recognition of the expertise we have built over time,” says CEO Silje Garberg Ree. Oskar Pedersen also highlights the partnership and operational relevance: “We see this as a strong confirmation of our role as a supplier of operational defence solutions and look forward to competing for future deliveries,” says CEO Truls Oskar Pedersen. The collaboration combines strong product development capabilities with deep operational insight, supporting future deliveries to demanding field environments.
