What an incredible couple of days in Padova! 🇮🇹 We had a fantastic time connecting with HR leaders from across Italy at the 55° AIDP National Congress on June 12th–13th. beqom's very own Antonio Paolo Lentano and Danilo Ardemagni were on the ground, diving into great conversations about how organizations can automate compensation, ensure pay equity, and elevate the employee experience.
