Sadly I have very few Philips devices in the #MobilePhoneMuseum but the Philips Genie (with pop-out mic) is a particular favourite. Memories of visiting Georges Boulloy, Barry Jones, Howard Lewis, Simon Wilkinson and others in Le Mans (where I very nearly ended up working). Sadly never managed to get a “Snowball” / “Synergy” unit from Barry Jones - a true piece of history in the Symbian Foundation / Psion EPOC32 story. Footnote: highly amused the model in the Genie advertising from 1999 looks so much like Phoebe Waller-Bridge 🤣
