Hungary is a key partner for German business in Central and Eastern Europe. The close economic and industrial ties between our two countries demonstrate the value of strong bilateral cooperation for Europe’s competitiveness. Many thanks for today’s insightful exchange at the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry DIHK in Berlin. It was a pleasure to welcome Robert Keszte, President of the AHK Ungarn - DUIHK - Német-Magyar Ipari és Kereskedelmi Kamara , and Barbara Zollmann , CEO of DUIHK. A special thank you to Robert Keszte for his strong commitment to strengthening German-Hungarian economic relations and to Barbara Zollmann for her leadership and dedication to supporting German businesses in Hungary. I also appreciated the insights shared by Réka Dr. Jenei from BMW Group Hungary, who provided an interesting overview of BMW’s activities and investments in Hungary.
