Team building at its best 🍷☀️ And just like that… half the year is already behind us, but more to come. This is the moment when it becomes clear what really matters. Success doesn’t just happen in meetings, KPIs, or strategy decks.
It’s built in a way we show up as a team, in trust, in shared experiences, and in the strength of our culture. Today at Cleanfix Fans our week finished with a hike through the “Swabian Tuscany” around Korber Kopf. Together with Weingut Albrecht Schwegler and Aaron Schwegler, it was more than just a team event. It was a reminder: - Strong teams don’t happen by accident.
- Leadership means creating space for real connection. - Culture grows where people truly see and value each other. Walking side by side, sharing great conversations, enjoying exceptional wine, you could feel what makes the difference: Accountability for one another.

Trust. Finishing the day at the „Bergstube“, overlooking the vineyards, was more than just a beautiful setting.
