Day 1 at ALD/ALE 2026 has wrapped, and what a strong start it was! Emanuele Sortino, Ph.D. delivered an insightful presentation on "Wafer-Scale Thermal ALD of Superconducting TiN: A Scalable Process with Room-Temperature Predictive Mapping," drawing great engagement from the room. Our booth was buzzing all day with energy, customers, and meaningful conversations.
