Bell Potter is delighted to have acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner to Omega Oil and Gas Limited’s (ASX:OMA) $60.0 million Placement. Omega is an emerging oil and gas company, focused on the appraisal of a material oil and gas resource in the Taroom Trough in South-East Queensland. The placement received strong support and leaves the company well capitalised for its upgraded 2026 drilling program due to kick-off in June. The program will comprise up to four 5.5” diameter vertical wells with up to one or two horizontal wells of 2,000m lateral length of which stimulation and 6-month flow testing will be undertaken.
