Bell Potter is delighted to have acted as Joint Lead Manager and Bookrunner to Viridis Mining and Minerals Limited’s (ASX:VMM) $25 million Capital Raise. Viridis is a resource development company focused on its flagship Colossus Project in Brazil. Colossus is an ionic clay rare earth deposit with outstanding economics, positioning the company among the lowest-cost producers of MREC globally. Following the successful completion of this $25M capital raise, Viridis is fully funded to Final Investment Decision in Q3 2026. Proceeds raised will be allocated to critical path items for project development.
