Last week, Jovita Neliupšienė, Ambassador of the European Union to the United States, was in Los Angeles. The Consulate General of Belgium in Los Angeles was pleased to host a meeting of EU Heads of Mission, providing an opportunity to exchange views on current priorities in the EU–U.S. relationship. Discussions focused on strengthening cooperation across key areas such as innovation, economic resilience, and transatlantic engagement at the local level. With Los Angeles as a dynamic hub for technology, creative industries, and international trade, these conversations highlighted the importance of continued EU presence and collaboration on the U.S. West Coast. We thank the European Union Delegation to the United States and Croatia, as the local EU Presidency, for convening this exchange.
